This document covers the release of software updates for RigBridge. This release primarily introduces bug fixes. The bug fixes and performance improvements are outlined in the detailed release notes section.

Bug fixes & performance improvements

RigBridge 3.9 includes a collection of targeted bug fixes aimed at improving stability, performance, and usability across the platform.

  • Review and approval workflows: Multiple issues were fixed that previously blocked or delayed sending plans for review or approval, including cases where uppercase job roles or notification mismatches caused failures.

  • Notifications: We corrected errors where unnecessary alerts were triggered, while ensuring that important status changes are consistently delivered.

  • Execution order display: Missing details, such as well names, were restored to the Execution Order view, ensuring full clarity during operations.

  • Parameters handling: Problems with adding, editing, or removing operational parameters have been fixed, making parameter management smoother and more reliable.

  • Text and references display: Improvements were made to text wrapping, formatting, and reference handling in the References tab, so data is easier to read and maintain.

  • Third-party integrations: Several fixes were made to integrations with RigFlow, including smoother syncing of data and error handling during plan imports.

  • Attachments: We resolved issues that caused problems when linking, replacing, or reviewing attachments within plans.

  • Search function: Fixes were applied to improve the accuracy and reliability of search results, ensuring you can quickly find the right plans and projects.

  • General stability: Numerous smaller fixes across the user interface and backend systems improve overall speed, reliability, and consistency of the platform.
