Why is my project not appearing in the Project Activation panel?

Not every project created in Wellcom will appear in RigBridge. There are several filters in place, and reasons a project may not be visible.

This FAQ explains the most common reasons a project might not show up in the Integration Integration panel, and what you can do about it.

  1. Project state and status filters: Only certain projects from Wellcom are eligible for activation in RigBridge, based on a combination of project state and project status.

The state refers to the project type or code. Not all states are supported for synchronization. The status indicates the stage of the project. Projects with excluded statuses will not appear in the Integration panel, even if the state seems valid. For example:

    • Projects In progress, Ongoing, and On hold statuses are usually visible.

    • Projects marked as Completed, Finalized, Draft, Data incomplete, or Cancelled statuses are often excluded.

  2. Data incomplete flag: If the project is missing required sections or tasks, it’s marked as “data incomplete” in Wellcom. The API automatically filters out these flagged projects and won't appear in RigBridge.

  3. Synchronization delay: Synchronization between Wellcom and RigBridge typically happens every 10–15 minutes. If you just made changes in Wellcom, wait at least 15 minutes and refresh the Integration panel.

  4. Permissions: Not all users can activate projects. If you don’t have the right role, RigBridge will prevent activation and show an access restriction message.

What can I do to check or fix it?

  • Make sure your project is in a valid state/status combination.

  • Check if it has the Incomplete data flag in Wellcom, and add tasks/sections as needed.

  • Wait 15 minutes after any edits.

  • Confirm you have the right permissions to activate projects.

Who should I contact if it’s still not working?

If you’ve gone through the checklist and the project still doesn’t appear:

  • Confirm the status and flag settings with someone who has access to Wellcom.

  • Reach out to the support team with project details and screenshots if possible.
