Right sidebar overview
The Right sidebar in RigBridge provides quick access to tools that help you manage your plan’s details and supporting data. The features shown in the Right sidebar change depending on what you are working on, so you will only see tools that are relevant to the selected plan, event, or section. This article provides a brief description of each tool available in the Right sidebar. Use this table as a reference to understand what each feature is used for and how it supports your planning tasks.

| Docked Attachments | Let you pin files like images or documents to the Right sidebar for quick access while working on a plan. | |
| Find & replace | Lets you search and replace text inside a plan. Useful for quick edits. | |
| Insights | Stores lessons learned or important notes from previous operations. You can reuse them in new plans. | |
| Integrations | Syncs RigBridge with third-party planning tools. Lets you pull in tasks or activate projects. | |
| KPI | Shows expected performance data like tripping speed or make-up times, pulled from third-party tools. | |
| Plan Validation Issues | Shows what’s missing or incorrect in your plan and helps you fix it before publishing. | |
| Properties | Shows project, section, and plan data like name, rig code, and timing. Can’t edit data from integrations. | |
| Restricted access | Controls who can see or edit sensitive plans and events. Useful for limiting access to key people. | |
| Reviews | Allow users to add review comments and assign review tasks before publishing. | |
| Revisions | Lists saved versions of your plan. You can open, compare, or copy revisions to create a new plan. | |
| Team members | Manages who is on the team for a project, what they can do, and who gets notified. | |
| User-added properties | Lets you create your own fields to track measurements or limits across plans. Used in instructions and grids. |
