Error messages

While RigBridge is generally stable, you may encounter error messages while using the application. This article provides information about common error messages and what actions to take when encountering them.

Error 500

Scenarios: This error message is typically associated with a network or internal error within RigBridge.

What to do: Contact support for assistance in resolving the issue.

Unable to Sync with Rig

Scenarios: This error often occurs using the Execution mode in RigBridge.

What to do:

  • Check for a missing connection with RigFlow.

  • Contact support for assistance or try again after waiting for 15 minutes.

  • This error may occur when a RigFlow has not been active (e.g., during rig maintenance).

  • Adding a new plan may take up to 5 minutes to start up RigFlow from "sleep mode".

  • If the connection is related to an external rig system, there may be issues with its environment. In such cases, please get in touch with our human support team for further assistance.
