Plan status bar
RigBridge includes an integrated and fully digital review and approval process. To send the plan to the next stage, the user presses the drop-down menu in the upper right corner, which shows the plan’s current state.

The Status bar will also show the status of the plan in RigFlow.
The process can be customized to suit the needs of the individual operator’s process, but as a generic description, a plan flows through these states:
Draft → Review/Offshore Draft → Awaiting approval → Published → Started/Active → Completed/After action review
This is the mode when you start creating a plan; at this stage, no information will flow to the connected RigFlow environment.

In review mode, you can tag reviewers, and they can add review comments to the plan.
You can also send it to RigFlow for “Offshore review”.
The plan will be visible there, and the offshore personnel can add review comments directly from RigFlow.

You can add one or more approvers before the plan can be published. The plan will then go into the state “Awaiting approval.” All assigned approvers need to sign the plan before it can be published.
Note
The plan is now locked for any changes; you need to cancel approval to add changes.

When the plan is published, it will be ready for execution in the RigFlow.
Note
When the plan is Published, you can revoke it from RigFlow and make additional changes.
Once it is started, the status in RigBridge will change from Published to Started.

When a plan is started in RigFlow, its status is reflected in the Status bar. Revoking the plan is no longer possible, and completed steps are not edible. However, you can unlock the plan, change all activities and steps that have not been executed, and push those updates to the running plan.
When a step is active (currently running), the plan status should also be marked as Active. If the plan has one or more completed steps but no steps are currently active, the status is set to Started.

Once a plan is complete, you can add comments on the After Action Review (AAR).
