I can't press done on review

This issue commonly arises when there's an incorrect email account associated with a review.

Resolutions steps

  1. Verify Logged-in Account: Ensure you are logged in with the correct organizational email account.

  2. Cross-check Email Address: Compare the email address associated with the review button with your organizational email.

  3. Inform Reviewer: If the email address is incorrect or belongs to another organizational account, notify the reviewer of the issue.

To confirm your currently logged-in account e-mail, you can find that in the main menu.
