Execution mode

Execution mode - menu

In the Execution Order view, you can arrange plans in the expected execution sequence. This feature is accessible through the Execution mode in the top left corner of RigBridge.

  1. Choose Icon - Execution mode Execution mode in the main navigation.

  2. Select the rig for which you want to change the execution order from the left navigation.

  3. Specify the well-center or work-center for the plan, if needed.

  4. Reorganize the execution order by Icon - drag dragging and dropping plans accordingly.

Note

If a plan has not been approved or published, users can adjust the Planned Duration in the execution order view. Clicking on a plan redirects the user to the editing mode for further modifications. If no order is specified, it gets added to the bottom of the list.

Tip

In RigFlow, when the Driller finishes a plan, they are presented with all plans currently in the Execution status. The next plan in line is positioned at the top, but the Driller has the flexibility to choose any of these plans to start as the next one.

The approval process for Contingency Plans mirrors the primary plans until they are included in the Execution Order. Once a plan is Published for review, its Contingency status becomes permanent and cannot be altered. To make changes, the plan must be revoked, and the workflow restarted.

Within the Execution Order, there's a dedicated section specifically for Contingency plans. These plans remain in the Contingency list until their status is set to Published. Users can manually add any Contingency plan from the Plan Library into the execution list, regardless of its status. Contingency Plans can be rearranged by dragging and dropping them within the Contingency section.

Warning

By default, contingency plans are not included in the execution order. If a contingency plan is necessary, it can be dragged and dropped into the desired sequence within the execution order.

Please note that contingency plans will not be visible in the execution order until they are published.

Note

While Contingency plans can be moved into the regular Execution Order, regular plans cannot be placed in the Contingency Plan order.
